About the program

Our volunteer program, English for All, is dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality English language education to students in Mexico. We understand the importance of English as a global language, and our aim is to equip our students with the necessary skills to excel academically, professionally, and personally in today's interconnected world.

Our program addresses several social issues, including the lack of equal access to quality education, the need for cultural exchange, and language barriers that can hinder progress and development. We believe that by empowering individuals through language education, we can contribute to a more inclusive and diverse society.

We tackle these issues by collaborating with international volunteers, who, while not officially English teachers, bring their language proficiency, passion, and cultural insights to our classrooms. These volunteers work closely with our local educators, preparing engaging lessons and activities that not only teach grammar and vocabulary but also promote critical thinking and active participation.

In addition to classroom instruction, our volunteers assist with exam preparation and offer motivational incentives, like extra points for active participation. This encourages students to fully engage with the material and fosters a dynamic learning environment.

Through our English for All program, we strive to create a positive impact on our students' lives, expand their opportunities, and foster cross-cultural understanding that ultimately benefits our global community.

Who we are? (Your history & team)

Impacta Mexico, a non-governmental organization (NGO), was established in early 2015 by Daniel Saucedo, who boasts a wealth of experience in similar organizations. Daniel's passion for promoting volunteer opportunities and cultural exchange programs in his beautiful city of Morelia led him to create Impacta Mexico. The team consists of dedicated local volunteers who provide international participants with an authentic cultural immersion, bridging the gap between cultures and fostering genuine connections.

Impacta Mexico is based in Morelia, the bustling capital city of Michoacán, Mexico, home to over 1 million residents. Our offices and accommodations are situated in secure areas within the city, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our international participants. Morelia boasts a rich history, stunning architecture, and a welcoming atmosphere, making it an ideal location for cultural exchange and volunteer work. There are no specific health requirements for participating in our programs; however, we encourage volunteers to be up-to-date with routine vaccinations and maintain a general level of health and fitness to fully enjoy their experience in Mexico.
